The easiest way to register the product is to place an order online with a credit card. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. For offline order, we also accept check/money orders in postal mails and purchase orders. All transactions is 100% secure and safe.
We will issue a license key to you immediately and display it on the web page after your payment is successfully processed. Meanwhile, an email receipt with an Order ID and your license key will be sent to your email box.
Please email us at support@ntshare.com with your full name, Order ID and last four digits of the credit card used for purchase. We will send you the license key by email.
Please go to our home page and download the trial version of the software you just bought. After installation, please run software, click on "Register" button which is on the lower-left corner of the program interface, enter your licensed e-mail address and order number. Make sure that you have Windows administrator's privilege when registering our program. Repeat the same procedure if you bought a license for multiple computers.
As long as your license has not expired, you can get the new versions for absolutely free. Say if you've purchased a 2-year license for NTshare software, you will be able to update it for free within 2 years after the purchase.
We cooperate with Digital River (RegNow), the largest e-commerce outsourcing company, to process our customers’ payments. You can pay safely online with credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, DISCOVER, etc), PayPal, and Bank Wire Transfer (there will be an extra transaction fee).
Normally the email receipt will be sent immediately to our customers’ email box after successful payment. If you didn’t receive it, please check your junk mail folder first. If still no luck, you can email us at support@ntshare.com to see if you’ve made a mistake when inputting your email address.
Right now we only provide downloadable version of our program, which is the easiest and most cost-saving way. You can download the latest version of software here. There will be no CD shipped to your physical address.
We promise that we will strictly protect your privacy and will not disclose your personal information to any third parties. We cooperate with Digital River (RegNow), the largest e-commerce outsourcing company, to process our customers’ payments. During the payment process, SSL encryption is applied to protect all the information including your credit card, address, etc.
Yes, our products can be completely uninstalled.
Considering our partners’ policies, we allow 60-days to refund or exchange your product. Should it exceed more than 60 days, refund/exchange is no longer allowed.
If you want to apply for a refund, you can email our support at support@ntshare.com. If your purchase was made less than 60 days ago, our support will process the refund for you. However, to help us improve our product, we will be very much appreciated if you can tell us why you are not satisfied with Our Software and describe the problems you are having.
Once we receive your refund request, our support will submit it to our e-commerce provider within 1-2 business days. Normally it will take another 2-3 days for the amount to be returned to your account.
Currently all Anvsoft Windows products are fully compatible with Windows 10.
